Betsy Shay - Business Manager

Betsy has been with the team since 2006. As a business manager, Betsy handles the day-to-day operations of our listings and sales. Her degree in Real Estate Brokerage Management give her the knowledge of the industry to effectively communicate with our clients, schedule appointments and manage transactions.

Melissa Dalum - Marketing Manager

Melissa has been with the team since 2004.  Coupled with her degree in Marketing, she has gained extensive real estate Marketing experience in that time.  As a resident of St. Louis Park, she manages many of our West metro properties, but also maintains the marketing initiatives for our developments, foreclosures and residential homes.

Krista Wolter - Sales Executive

Krista has been with the team since 2005. As a resident of North Oaks, she has extensive knowledge of the North and East metro area. Her detailed hands-on approach gives sellers a peace-of-mind when it comes to listing their homes. She is also representing condominium sales at Stillwater Mills in downtown Stillwater.

Steve Jacky - Sales Representative

Steve has been with the team since 2007.  He is currently specializing in condominium sales at Riverview at Terra Springs in downtown Stillwater. 

Mike Boege - Sales Representative

Mike is currently specializing in condominium sales at Villas at Little Canada and assisting in our Bank Owned home initiative.

Daniel is currently specializing in condominium sales at the Lofts of Stillwater in downtown Stillwater.
